城市住区街道慢行空间是居民日常工作、生活的重要载体,其空间质量可通过影响居民慢行通勤进而影响居民身体健康。该研究采用智能手机软件获取了286个样本的慢行通勤出行数据及其居住地附近街道空间数据,构建二元Logistic回归模型,在控制建成环境与社会经济属性的前提下,分析了住区街道慢行空间对居民慢行通勤方式的影响。研究发现,公共服务设施完善、绿化水平越高、连通性越好的慢行空间,越能促进居民步行出行;合适的机动车道宽度(21 m以内)对慢行行为有明显的促进作用。据此提出了相应的规划策略建议。
Urban non-motorized space is an indispensable factor for people’s daily life and work. Its design can affect people′s body health and their active travel behavior. Using smartphone app Daynamica, a self administered survey was conducted in Xi’an, China. Environment audit was used to collect data of urban street around the respondent’s residential locations as well. After data cleaning, 286 respondents were used in this study. Using a binary logistic regression model, the impact of the residential non-motorized space design factors and other built environment factors were analyzed. The results show that completeness of public service facilities, the higher level of greening, and the connectivity of non-motorized space have significant impacts on walking and cycling behavior. The width of motor roads below 21 meters has a significant positive effect on active travel behavior; the road network density and distance from the city center are significantly positively related to active commute behavior. Based on all of the above findings, suggestions of planning strategies are put forward.
