摘要:Analyzing the ecological effects of construction land expansion supports optimized territorial spatial management and ecological conservation. Using multidimensional indices, ecosystem service value (ESV) assessment, and comprehensive evaluation methods, this study quantitatively examines the spatiotemporal characteristics and ecological effects of construction land expansion in the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) from 2000 to 2020. Results indicate: ① construction land expanded markedly, increasing by 91.55%, with nearly 90% originating from cropland conversion, forming a high-density development corridor along the river centered on major urban agglomerations; ② the comprehensive expansion level increased in the west and central regions but remained spatially unbalanced, with higher intensity in the east due to development suitability and the siphoning effect of the eastern region; ③ expansion caused significant ecological impacts, including direct loss of ecological land and ESV, and indirect increases in human footprint pressure and carbon emissions; ④ a two-dimensional "expansion-ecology" classification identified four dominant types: medium-pressure balanced, low-pressure stable, high-pressure degrading, and low-pressure sensitive. These findings underscore the need for a coordinated mechanism to balance development and ecological protection, optimize spatial planning, and harmonize ecological security with high-quality development in the YREB.

摘要:Based on the data of residential land supply in China's land market network from 2010 to 2021, the development trend, the spatial pattern evolution characteristics and the influencing factors of residential land prices in prefecture-level and above cities in China are explored using statistical analysis, spatial analysis and spatial Durbin model. Results show that: ① The level of residential land prices in Chinese cities has shown an upward trend to varying degrees during the research period, the disparity of residential land prices among cities also has been widening, and it has shown obvious characteristics of phased changes; ② There are significant spatial differentiation characteristics and spatial agglomeration characteristics of residential land prices in Chinese cities, the residential land prices are higher in east areas than the west, the higher the administrative level of a city, the higher the level of residential land prices, roughly showing the gradient distribution pattern of municipalities directly under the Central Government>sub-provincial cities>capital cities>other prefecture-level cities, the high-level areas are concentrated in Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration areas; ③ Urban residential land prices are the result of the interplay of economic, social, demographic, public facilities and real estate investment factors in the city, and the direct and indirect effects of these factors on the city and neighboring cities have different directions and degrees of influence, which results a significant spatial heterogeneity in urban residential land prices. The study is helpful to identify the spatial distribution of urban residential land prices in China, to explain the impact of land price factors on residential land prices and differences, and to provide reference for the formulation of differential regulation policies.

摘要:As a strategically significant location, ecological highland, and economically underdeveloped area in China, the Qinling-Daba Mountain is characterized by pronounced contradictions in human-earth relationships, manifested in severe soil erosion, frequent geological disasters, excessive land exploitation. Based on remote sensing and geospatial data, this study employed the coupling coordination degree and the geographically weighted regression (GWR) model to explore the spatio-temporal evolution and interaction mechanism of human-earth relationships in the Qinling-Daba Mountain areas of Southern Shaanxi. Results indicated that the population tended to concentrate in central urban areas, and vegetation coverage increased by 98% of the region. During this period, cropland decreased by 4 103.06 km2, primarily converted into forest land, construction land, and grassland. Over 60% of the study area presented low human activity intensity, while region with higher and high natural environment index accounted for more than 75%. The coupling degree and coordination degree of the human-earth relationships exhibited a spatial distribution characterized by higher values in river valley basins and central urban areas, and lower values in the undulating mountainous regions to the north and south. There was an observable expansion in areas with low coupling and severe incoordination, while areas with higher coupling and mild incoordination showed a shrinking trend. The human-earth interaction exhibited significant temporal dynamics and spatial heterogeneity. The correlation between natural indicators and the proportion of cropland gradually declined over time, while the correlation with the proportion of construction land steadily strengthened. Only water yield and temperature were positively influenced by human activity intensity in regions exceeding 70%, whereas the remaining interaction relationships within the human-earth system were negatively impacted in areas above 50%. The findings of this study could offer valuable decision-making support for ecological conservation and high-quality economic development in Southern Shaanxi.

摘要:Rural settlements serve as spatial carriers for studying human-land relationships in rural areas, and their layout optimization constitutes a crucial approach to promoting comprehensive rural revitalization. Using the rural settlement patches of Salaxi Town in Qixingguan District, Bijie City-a typical karst mountainous town-as a case study, this research examines the impacts of growth poles (areas with concentrated development vitality) and development axes (transport networks) on rural settlement spatial distribution. The findings indicate: ① Significant variations exist in the spatial distribution of development vitality across rural settlements in Salaxi Town, predominantly concentrated in the Sala Community, Chongfeng Village, Shuijinggou Village, Shuanglong Village, Longchang Village, and Gezuo Village; ② Rural settlements in Salaxi Town can be categorized into four optimization types: urban-rural integration, clustered development, relocation and consolidation, and improvement-oriented development; ③ The rural settlements in Salaxi Town can be categorized into four major optimization zones: the Economic Center Zone, the Rural Restructuring Zone, the Relocation and Consolidation Zone, and the Secondary Center Zone. Through spatial guidance and integration strategies tailored to different optimization types, this study provides reference insights for scientific planning of rural settlements in karst mountainous towns.
