解析建设用地扩张的生态效应能为国土空间优化管控和生态保护提供决策支持。采用多维扩张指数、生态系统服务价值测算和综合评价法等多元方法,定量评价长江经济带2000—2020年建设用地扩张的多维时空特征与综合生态效应。结果表明:①研究期内长江经济带建设用地扩张态势明显,规模增长91.55%,其中近九成源于耕地转用,形成了以长三角、长江中游、成渝城市群为主的沿江高密度发展廊道;②综合扩张水平呈现出西升东降、中部崛起的时空演变特征,但受开发适宜度以及东部虹吸效应的影响,建设用地分布和扩张水平始终呈现出东高西低的空间失衡特征;③建设用地扩张产生了明显的生态效应,直接导致长江经济带生态用地和生态系统服务价值大量流失,间接导致人类足迹扰动压力和碳排放量的显著提升;④基于建设用地综合扩张指数与综合生态效应指数,开展二维“扩张-生态”分类,识别了中压均衡型、弱压稳态型、强压退化型与弱压敏感型四类主导类型。长江经济带建设用地扩张对生态环境造成了显著的干扰,亟需构建区域发展与生态保护的协同管控机制,优化国土空间开发格局,统筹生态安全与高质量发展。
Analyzing the ecological effects of construction land expansion supports optimized territorial spatial management and ecological conservation. Using multidimensional indices
ecosystem service value (ESV) assessment
and comprehensive evaluation methods
this study quantitatively examines the spatiotemporal characteristics and ecological effects of construction land expansion in the Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) from 2000 to 2020. Results indicate: ① construction land expanded markedly
increasing by 91.55%
with nearly 90% originating from cropland conversion
forming a high-density development corridor along the river centered on major urban agglomerations; ② the comprehensive expansion level increased in the west and central regions but remained spatially unbalanced
with higher intensity in the east due to development suitability and the siphoning effect of the eastern region; ③ expansion caused significant ecological impacts
including direct loss of ecological land and ESV
and indirect increases in human footprint pressure and carbon emissions; ④ a two-dimensional "expansion-ecology" classification identified four dominant types: medium-pressure balanced
low-pressure stable
high-pressure degrading
and low-pressure sensitive. These findings underscore the need for a coordinated mechanism to balance development and ecological protection
optimize spatial planning
and harmonize ecological security with high-quality development in the YREB.
