摘要

数字经济已然成为助推文旅融合的关键动力，如何释放数字经济赋能效应已成新时代文旅高质量发展亟待解决的重大议题。该文以丝绸之路经济带（国内段）为研究对象，通过构建指标体系刻画数字经济和文旅融合时空格局，采用基准回归和中介效应模型解析数字经济赋能文旅融合效应及中介传导机制。结果显示：①2013至2022年丝绸之路经济带（国内段）数字经济水平呈上升趋势，文旅融合发展水平则表现为先上升后下降；四川省数字经济和文旅融合发展水平高于其他省份，青海和宁夏最低。②数字经济对文旅融合发展具有显著正向作用且具有明显空间异质性，西北地区的数字经济赋能效应大于西南地区。③中介机制分析表明产业结构升级和技术创新在数字经济助推文旅融合发展中具有显著中介效应。研究结果可为数智化背景下丝绸之路经济带（国内段）各省份因地制宜提升科技驱动文旅产业创新发展效能提供理论参考。

Abstract

The digital economy has become a key driver for promoting the integration of culture and tourism

and how to unleash the enabling effect of the digital economy has emerged as a critical issue to be addressed urgently for the high-quality development of culture and tourism in the new era. Taking the domestic section of the Silk Road Economic Belt as the research object

this paper constructs an indicator system to characterize the spatiotemporal patterns of the digital economy and the integration of culture and tourism

and employs benchmark regression and mediating effect models to analyze the effect of the digital economy in enabling the integration of culture and tourism as well as the mediating transmission mechanism. The results show that: ① From 2013 to 2022

the digital economy level in the domestic section of the Silk Road Economic Belt showed an upward trend

while the development level of the integration of culture and tourism first rose and then declined. Sichuan Province has a higher development level of both the digital economy and the integration of culture and tourism than other provinces

with Qinghai and Ningxia at the lowest level. ② The digital economy has a significant positive effect on the development of the integration of culture and tourism with obvious spatial heterogeneity

and the enabling effect of the digital economy in northwest China is greater than that in southwest China. ③The analysis of the mediating mechanism indicates that industrial structure upgrading and technological innovation have significant mediating effects in the process of the digital economy promoting the integration of culture and tourism. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for provinces in the domestic section of the Silk Road Economic Belt to improve the efficiency of science and technology-driven innovation and development of the culture and tourism industry according to local conditions under the background of digital intelligence.
