提升游客非遗价值认知,增强非遗认同和遗产保护行为是新时代非遗旅游发展的重要任务。基于情绪评价理论,在构建“互动-认知-情绪-行为”模型的基础上,以互助土族自治县盘绣园为例,利用问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型,实证检验了游客-员工互动、非遗价值认知、非遗认同对游客遗产保护行为的影响。研究发现:①游客-员工互动质量可以直接影响遗产保护行为,互动频率的直接效应不显著;②游客非遗价值认知在游客-员工互动质量、互动频率与遗产保护行为间起单独中介作用;③非遗认同在游客-员工互动质量与遗产保护行为间起单独中介作用,在互动频率与遗产保护行为间的中介作用不显著;④非遗价值认知和非遗认同在游客-员工互动质量、互动频率与遗产保护行为间起链式中介作用。研究结果进一步拓展了情绪评价理论模型,为增强游客非遗认同和遗产保护行为提供了实践支撑。
Enhancing tourists' recognition of the intangible cultural heritage values, strengthening their identification and protection behavior are important tasks for the development of intangible cultural heritage tourism nowadays. Thus, this article constructs a model of interaction-cognition-emotion-behavior, based on the emotional appraisal theory and interactive nature of tourism activities, taking Panxiu workshop in Huzhu Tu autonomous county as a case to analyze the influences of tourist-employee interaction (TEI)on tourists' heritage protection behavior(HPB)in intangible culture heritage (ICH) tourism settings, including the mediating effects of tourists' cognition of ICH values(CV) and identity of ICH(IICH).The findings as follows:①Tourist-employee interaction quality(TEIQ)has a significant positive effect on tourists' HPB, but the effect of tourist-employee interaction frequency(TEIF)is not significant. ② CV Plays a mediating role in the relationship between TEIQ and HPB, TEIF and HPB. ③ IICH plays a mediating role in the relationship between TEIQ and HPB, not significant between TEIF and HPB. ④CV and IICH produce a positive chain mediation effect between TEIQ and HPB, TEIF and HPB. Extending the application of appraisal theory, this study enriches the research perspective of intangible cultural heritage tourism.
